K building Roof Project |

Dear A Place at the Beach Homeowners;
The APATB HOA Board of Directors has hired Centimark Roofing of Garner, NC to make repairs / replacements to the northern most section of the K building roof. That section is the closest to the mini golf course. Centimark is a national roofing solution company with a proven record of excellence in their work. This work will begin the first full week of May and will take a couple of weeks to complete. To allow this work to proceed quickly and smoothly we will be closing the parking spaces and lawn closest to the front of the K building. Owners and guests will still be able to access the K building from side stairwells and we ask that all cars for this building be parked on the east side of the resort. Areas will be roped / taped off to provide a safe zone for the equipment and workers. Owners, guests and children are asked to be cautious of these areas and not enter where materials and equipment are located. We will be posting pictures and and updates of the work as it progresses on the APATB HOA website. Should you have any questions please feel to call the resort office at 252-247-0906. Jeff will be over several SPM Resorts located in the eastern part of NC. Tom Youngblood has been promoted to General Manager of A Place at the Beach and brings to the position 24 years of commercial and HOA property management. Kimber Bates, SPM Resorts Employee of the Year, has been promoted to Assistant General Manager. Her knowledge of APATB Resort and all the homeowners will continue to be very beneficial."
